Company restoration
If your company has been struck off or dissolved, it will have been removed from the Register at Companies House and its cash and assets transfer to the Crown.
In order get these assets back you will usually need to go through a process known as company restoration.
It is important to understand that only companies which were dissolved less than six years ago are eligible to apply for restoration to the Register, except where a company is being restored in order to pursue a personal injury claim.
